Hopewell Presbyterian Church Graveyard , near Burgaw, NC.

Hopewell Presbyterian Church was founded in 1800 and is located on Highway #177, about four miles north of Burgaw. Hinton James (1776-1847), first student to enroll in the University of North Carolina, is buried there.
